Ovi- Thats the story of my life..
REAL HELPFUL help is hard to find, maybe I'm just to picky.. but when you work for me....you gotta work like me...........

My business is totally custom so finding SMART, independent, CARING, and profitable assistance is extremely hard to come by..
My father taught me as a child that my PRIMARY goal working for someone else is to MAKE THEM MONEY, for if I didn't turn them a profit what was the incentive to keep me on.. It seems Todays kids only want to make money, they don't seem to care about the supporting the business as all....

Now I almost always work alone- ( WAY LESS emotional STRESS always knowing my customers are getting what I promised them AND every dollar I make is MINE)

Good luck Ovi-
