I think you have made a wise choice.
I learned alot from her a Donni.
Now comes the frustrating part of scheduling the lesson when theres wind.
I remember that was one of the worst things about learning this sport.

We are going to hire a bunch of men with fans!!!

No, I am pretty open right now so she is just going to call me in the morning when/if there is wind and I will drive up. I wont start until after I get home from germany anyway so by then they will be getting more wind.

Besides they have wild asparagus!!!

June? Huh?

We were kiting at Sherman last year in March. All we need is for the freezing hail/thunder to go away and a few weeks of spring. April, for sure.

Snacks,

I took my first lessons with Sandy several years back and learned a lot. She drives you down river on the jetski and is nearby to critique you as your flying your kite and trying to get up on the board. Then I later took some lessons in the bay with Paul from OOTO mostly for self launch/land skills and some self reassurance in the bay. Some of the best money ever spent.

I FLEW MY KITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so so so fun. (safety police are going to get me I know).

The wind was low and it was sunny and so so pretty. I had so much fun. I am in love with my kite-it is easy to understand, so simple in design and pretty in the sky . Thanks very much robert- I am very happy.

Don't forget that all kites have a dark side

Love your kite, but fear it too.
