I was wondering if there is a chance to kiteboard around san francisco in february as I will be there for three weeks. How is the wind during that period? If the windconditions are okey,are there any kitecamps/seminars for this time? thanks for any inputs, I lost myself surfing the internet for hours-to much info`s everywhere
