Any Snowkiting this weekend in North Tahoe?

Hello Everyone, we would like to try snow kiting in North Tahoe this coming weekend, does anyone know if the meadow is covered with snow right now? I hear there is snow at 7000 feet and above, how's it looking in the Truckee area? Anyone wanna join us?

I was at Squaw on Sunday, and the meadow at the bottom of the mountain (6300 ft) was mostly bare. Martis is probably the same.

There's tons of snow at 8000 ft. I think anyplace windy at 7000 ft is going to be touch and go. The storm this weekend is supposed to be colder, though.
