Tug Hill, NY

Has anyone snowkited Tug Hill, NY? I have heard it has good snow for snowkiting, and is one of the best locations under half a day's drive from NYC.

I guess there's an annual snowkite festival there too? Anyway just wondering if someone has been there and can say what it's like.
