The web cam is a great tool. If you see white caps starting to form on the channel marker you know you are probably good to go.

It seems like you need to subtract 10-15 knots from the wind reading to get a realistic wind value for riding, windsurfing. I'm guessing the wind measuring equipment is on top of the roof.

Anyone know what happened to the weather feed here? Was super useful when it worked. Noticed early this season that it is no longer updating (at least when I have checked).
