But if someone was deep into the dependency stage (past the point of no return) and they actually did view the sensor data 70X per day - it would cost approximatley 1/2 cent per view.
how specific is their history? can you, say, search 4pm last friday and see how much it was blowing while you were riding? If so, that is a cool feature. I have often spent days kiting where the wind obviously picked up while I was riding and was curious to know what the sensors say. (like last friday at 3rd)
p.s. what am i doing wrong with the quote function??
I put together this website as another source for real time wind info:
http://www.windonthewater.com Cell phone access, graphs, links to webcams, pressure gradients, etc.
Any feedback would be great.

I don't think so... it's a nice application, but if you were using it as your sole source right now and wanted to go kiting, you'd say "I guess it's not really blowing anywhere right now" because there's no sensor close to Sherman or Waddell -- the only two places in the area where it's blowing 20 right now.
Sorta gets back to the "how much is a good session worth to you" debate, IMHO. Free is nice, but you usually get what you pay for...
All of which reminds me that I am NOT kiting right now.
Paul aka Pablito It says 10M, but it's really a 9.
