Well we all know (or most of us) how the wind turned out..
I guess the only thing we can all take from this "lesson" is to never completely trust anyone and sometimes we need to just go to the beach and see how it plays out.

I was at Sherman Fri Sat & Sunday and after it was all said and done, I will look back as one of the best weekends of the season.

Sat. morning 3am I was abruptly waken up by my camper shaking from what must have been gusts to over 50mph..!!

The rest of the weekend was totally solid.

Hope you all got some and are as sore as I am...

Can you say Advil?

Yes, we all know how it turned out-- awesome. I'm so glad I took the chance to head down early Friday despite the pessimistic forecast. Great, steady 12m wind Friday evening and then epic Sat & Sun with no real mid day lull. I found the ikite sensors to be on the light side too (said 15 Friday evening but felt more like 20). Let's hope we are finally getting the normal summertime pattern and wind now.

Some of us are hoping that the spring pattern keeps going... wind and waves forecast all week at Z. coast. =D>

It says 10M, but it's really a 9.

Mid teens to lower 20's would be good for kick'n it!
Ramp should be ridable by around 10am Sat, rain or shine.
