Oh yeah, I forgot about the association of yellow Cabrinhas == beginner kiters and tons of people screwing up silly on yellow Cabrinhas in Alameda. Funny, but now I feel bad for getting this thing started again, especially for good kiters riding yellow Cabrinhas in Alameda.Loscocco wrote:
yellow cabrinhas can be very entertaining :)
Anyway, I'll be at the shack launch early Saturday morning. Looks like we will have a small break (conditions similar to Thursday morning) before the Saturday storm shows up in the afternoon. Maybe a morning 10-12 meter session. Anybody else planning to ride tomorrow? If no one is there, maybe I can bug Max further downwind and he can be my land support.

It was nice to meet you at the launch in Alameda this morning Bob.
Now is a good time to drive down to Half Moon Bay and watch Mavs go off after a morning wet kiting session.
Looks like waves are breaking at 20 to 30 feet.
The lightning looks scary though.

Tomorrow (Saturday 1/5) may be a better day to watch waves at Maverick's with the falling tide in the afternoon...
