Charlie, I know you love Surge better, but I love Gale. She blows so good. :P

Sometimes Eddy puts out, too, but other times he plays hard to get.

Fizzling? The coast is ahead of schedule, buoys already at 18. I'll bet someone gets a nice late session in the waves this afternoon...

Tonight
NW winds 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 3 to 5 ft. W swell 7 to 10 ft at 12 seconds.
Thu
NW winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt. Wind waves 4 to 7 ft. NW swell 8 to 11 ft at 10 seconds.
Thu Night
NW winds 25 to 35 kt with occasional gusts to 40 kt. Combined seas 9 to 14 ft.
Fri
NW winds 20 to 30 kt...becoming W 10 to 20 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 4 to 6 ft...decreasing to 2 to 4 ft. NW swell 6 to 11 ft.

I can confirm that. Scott Creek was fun today from about 3 to 5 (even though the wind meter didn't capture it). You could tell the surf was growing . . . shoulder to head-high with occasional overhead. Great lefts there today too as the NW and S were setting up lots of peaks.

Cheers,

Gideon

Coast forecast was spot on. It was 7M at WC by 3 pm.

It was capping at the Racetrack when I drove by on my way to the beach?
