...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE TONIGHT... .TODAY...W WINDS 10 TO 20 KT INCREASING TO 15 TO 30 KT IN THE AFTERNOON.
STRONGEST WIND NORTH OF THE BAY BRIDGE. SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON.
.TONIGHT...W WINDS 15 TO 25 KT DECREASING TO 5 TO 15 KT OVERNIGHT. SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS.

I drove 80 east yesterday at 3 and you could have easily kited from Berkeley to Sherman; whitecaps the whole way through the slot and under the Carquinez.

when i posted yesterday at 4.28 pm
there was a very developed counter spinning thing, in the fog
right off the s.f. coast,i think that put good wind into larkspur
the east bay and the delta.
