This a pretty good example of why the $8 for Ikite is worth it.

It's been blowing 20 all morning at marker 12, and Windtalker is reporting 15.

Ikite forecast is for Sherman to blow all day today but not tomorrow and probably not Sunday. Hmmm. I guess those NWS guys can't really focus on microclimates and specific locations. But really, what's the big deal about a few mph wind speed, anyway.

I'm glad I read Mike's forecast last night and planned my day accordingly...
