This is the text from NWS. Sounds like Tues/Weds could be wild wind days.

Tuesday will be the
transition day as north winds rapidly increase with cooling
temperatures aloft beginning to sag southward by late in the day. An
impressive cold front will reach the district Tuesday night as the
large polar vortex retrogrades...eventually setting up a cold trough
across the west. Winds at the coast may reach 20 to 30 miles per hour with
gusts to 40 miles per hour as the cold air rushes in and NAM forecasts 925mb winds
up to 50kt in our coastal waters.

Who will be the first to snowkite and kiteboard on the same day?

"OVERALL...THE MAJOR WEATHER HIGHLIGHT THIS WEEK WILL BE MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES... ALONG WITH STRONG/GUSTY WINDS AT THE COAST...WITH ANY PRECIPITATION MAINLY LIGHT AND SHOWERY. SNOW LEVELS WILL FALL TO AROUND 3KFT BY THU AND FRI SO THAT WE COULD SEE SOME WHITENING ON BAY AREA MOUNTAINS IF ENOUGH MOISTURE DOES DEVELOP."
