I'm stranded at home anyway. Every road around me is closed, including 80 westbound and eastbound.

Vacaville got 8 inches of rain last night.

I guess they just opened 80 westbound, but I'm not sure I can get there from my house...

The meter shows the wind might be levelling out a bit, but "level" is a relative term.

Guest are you in Vacaville? My wife just called and said that 80 is closed, and lagoon valley park is a big lagoon with no park. Winds are gusting and the sun in peeking out. I think that it may be to much for my 2m with 15m lines!!!

I got to Vaca and even though 80 W is "open", it is a parking lot.

Looks like the traffic may have saved me a trip, though, since the wind is dropping in the Bay mighty quick.
