I really appreciate online access to webcams installed in popular kiteboarding and windsurfing locations. I use them a lot to check the conditions in realtime, but I was missing ability to check what were the conditions like within last 15-30 minutes. To solve this problem I created this page http://berkeleymarinawebcam.appspot.com/ that gives you easy access to footage for last 6 hours:

Thanks for posting. Two of those cams are new to me and it's nice to have them in one place.
