I am in Mendocino County, and keep checking the wind forecast to see when I should book it down there. The forecast keeps telling me there is no wind down there! Is this really true? Please tell me it's not!

Wind-wise, this is probably the worst year so far in my six years of kiting--I've only had one session in the East Bay. However, I hear Alameda was good yesterday, and there were about a dozen kites out at Berkeley today. So things seem to be picking up.

no wind??? there has been 40-60+ days at some locations in the bay already this year and probably 10-30 more days of kiting at almost every other kite spot in the bay area.. probably more.
