Also I setup the camera at home and never open the case when onsite since it is more humid by the water.

You just have to respect it. I have a friend who learned there... seriously. The inside between the whitewater is mellow..... you ride in there to begin and slowly start to wander into the first set, dabbing, ducking, running, timing, and getting the "feel" of the energy.

After your first few sessions you will inevitably start to go after bigger waves, and eventually break through to the outside..... where everything turns glassy, the waves stop pounding and start rolling, staying upwind becomes easy, and your first outside jibe will make your heart POUND!.................... then on the way back in the streetlights will light up and its ON!

Was wondering through old posts and came upon one of my first ones from 3 years ago.
So I'm gonna wish myself a happy birthday and once again say it out loud: LONG LIVE KITEBOARDING!
Looking back I can't believe it's only been 3 years. Want to say thank you to the whole awesome community that we have and to all the people I've met so far on the beach or on the water.
Can't wait to meet some more!
Cheers! SS$$
