I'm sure this is already known and being addressed... but just in case it's not: the cam has been locked up on one image for the past several days...

There is a note on the page explaining it.
NOTE [06/07/2011]: Sadly, the camera must be returned to Sony for inspection. It is working fine for several days and then all PTZ operation freezes until the camera is power cycled, only to repeat several days later. I will gather the camera and ship it off to Texas where they will inspect it for a week, so it will be offline approximately 2 weeks. If they do anything to it there may be some tweaking when we get the camera back so this is a very unfortunate turn of events and a very unfortunate time of year. But the work that was performed in April is warranted through June so we have to do it now.

Cam is (sort of) back up, but has been invaded by emoticons.

I think those emoticons are kiters that had good 2 days of kiting in a row at 3rd.

I guess I should check the forum out more often, sorry. The original cam was about $1,500. The next step up, now, would be a similar zoom level 28X optical vs. 20X optical) at 720p, and the retail would be about $3,000. Yes, I have looked into it.
