Your Fall/Winter Kiteboarding Destinations

Post pics and info of where you're planning to go this Fall or Winter or have already been for your kiting trips. In a couple weeks we're going to Hatteras and then in Jan. or Feb. likely Baja.

South Padre 10/30 - 11/9, I hope to go to La Ventana in December but not sure. I also would like to go to La Ventana late January for the Kite Expo then back to South Padre in late February.

Perfect timing for this thread, I must say. I woke up this morning and my very first thought was, "I can't wait for Maui." My second and third thoughts were also, "I can't wait for Maui," and "Please, let it hurry up and be November 11th already!"

I'm going in November. I've never been but from what I understand the wind could go either way at that time of year. Maybe a nice north wind, maybe a Kona wind, maybe no wind! Either way the surf should be spectacular so even if I get zero kiting days I wont view it as a skunking.
(please, dont read too much into that last statement, wind gods!)

Heading back from Hood River on Tuesday to become a wage slave again, only to tell them I'm taking the first week of November off to head to South Padre.
