It's already blowin' on the coast. Dillon or OB?

It's still raining at Waddell, so I assume the wave crew will be hitting Dillon.

Or wait for the wind to pick up on the bay and hit Alameda. This time of year you don't want to wait too long.

the coast thing should be large say 10 foot swell or so ...
