Big D, I feel your pain...iimagine having some new toys that you are jonesing to try.......It only goes to show, there is no other sport like this one, and nothing else really fills the void.....

Today will be good in Crissy....looks like sherman has some energy moving........
Sat will be good further south and west, if you know what I mean.....

You could always drink a bunch of beer and watch the blue angels....just kidding....

This time of the year I focus on:
* getting waves really dialed
* improving fitness level for the snow season
* doing some work "face time"...."hey, who is this tanned dude with the beard in the office??? Oh yes, Zeev, he does work here....."

I feel your pain.....I was in Chicago for 3 days this week at a conference. The meting room had a view of the lake, and it was KRANKING all 3 days, sweet white caps and nice ramps......it did not hellp my focus at ALL......

"mama keeps saying that the wind may blow, but standing here I say I just don't know"

Get some, Z.

It's blowing right now at SI.

I busted up thinking about Z. in a meeting (suit and tie?) looking out the window at the wind and waves, visualizing a new move.

"Mr. Gur, how do you feel about the sales projections for 2007?".

Z: "Go bigga!"

"See folks, that's the kind of positive attitude we need".

The end of the season is especially hard on this newbie. My last session got me up on the board for some good rides. The rug can't be pulled out from under me yet. I have the taste. I am jones'n for more. Will SI be going off tomorrow? I will be up at 6:30 tomorrow on ikitesurf to find out if it is worth the hour and a half drive. Maybe the end of the season can be put off for another week.
