Crissy field oil slick boom?

Crissy field oil slick boom?

Crissy yesterday had exceptionally good steady 10/12 wind yesterday on the ebb.

However on marsh web cam today, looks like an oil slick boom across beach, and attending commercial type boat.

Anyone know what's going on?

there's an oil-spill drill going on...i read about it yesterday in the Chronicle.
