Get the one that fits your body best. Go into a good shop who has a set up for hooking in and trying harnesses, and try them on to see which one fits you best. It's a personal preference thang......Also depends on what you are doing - freestyle, waves, hooked in or unhooked most of time, etc.....age/body size are also factors to consider.
I use the North Waist harness, and it's quite good.
Gets some, Z.

LIQUID FORCE
I am using the Liquid Force Impact Vest/Harness, I bought it at live2kite.com, It gives me much better support than the DaKine Impact Vest/Harness I used last. Lots of surface area for back support and another huge plus is the integrated elastic velcro wrap that really keeps the whole unit in place i.e: NOT RIDING UP!(much more effective than DaKine's) If it does ride up after getting yarded, you can actually reach inside and easily pull the velcro wrap back down-AND THE ENTIRE UNIT SETTLES BACK IN PLACE AND STAYS!!! Yeah, I love this vest. [web]http://www.live2kite.com/product_info.p ... 7932c428c2[/web]
