Full season of fun!!!

Just to let you know this season is going to be full of fun events here in the S.F. Bay Area.
My local Alameda shop, KiteWindSurf for example, is planning lots of events for my fellow kiters. The events are targeted to appeal to everyone from beginners to advanced racers and freestylers!
Starting with there Shop Talk series, going into a series of demos then sponcering a Womens Kite Clinic (OOOH the boys are going to love that, MORE GALS ON THE BEACH!!), KiteWindSurfs owners are pulling out the stops!
Several Boarder Cross/Kiter Cross events are on there events list as well as a weekend of Full Moon riding followed by a BBQ in the Delta with the notorous SlingShot Crew.
Also on there web sites event calander (found under the same name) lists the Thursday Night Race series and a couple of larger down winder races like the renowned Bridge to Bridge and Bay Classic. For more information on SFYC racing check out the SFBA or SFYC websites. THis years programs are planned to be bigger and better then ever before!
Addionally, KiteWindSurf is intending to put togather more of there highly sucessfull down winder/free rides from Crissy Field to Pt. Emery. These large free-rides (they are paid events to help with expences) are commuted with charter bus and boat support! This year they propose a new leg down the Sacramento River as well. Dont forget pre-registration is highly recommended do to the costs and completity involved in large events!!!
