Slingshot DVD - Secret Video code???

Does anyone know the code to the secret videos in the slingshot DVD? I read that there was one, but I can't find it anywhere.. Hmmm..

I don't know the codes, but I do know this: if you have a computer with a DVD player, you can easily access the hidden chapters without any codes.
