It makes sense as they are a more efficient wing, I don't think anyone can argue with that...

i noticed that last year that my 12m rapture had better board speed then my other kites,
it felt more like WINDSURFING speed...
and going up wind was ez er.

My response was only meant to be humorous, but now that I read these details all I can say is "Ohmygawd!"-- 44.81 knots is hauling ass over a 500m course, that is for sure. The KF post seems authentic to me and I am impressed (to say the least). I guess if you're gonna' put yourself at risk in a highly-powered situation the XB's safety function is nice to have, eh?

Props to that crazy bastard. I'm too old for that shit...

Crossbow is a very efficient kite, only second to the flysurfer speed in L/D ratio, and the rest follow in a far distance. It is also great that you can determine exactly how much power you get for edging just by sheeting the bar. Much easier to stay on the sweet spot when the conditions change.

its a known distence like 2 miles...(a little over)
so i can do time trips and get a feel for FaSt.
iam not try n in to beat records iam try n to get fast....

then you can keep track of inprovements....or not.
