Late season

Post by Grateful rider » Sat Oct 08, 2005 8:14 am

Just wanted to post a comment on the fact that this has been one of the better late seasons in memory.

It's October the 8th and there has been good kiting wind almost every single day. You have to drive a bit more to get some, but I've scored great days at:
The delta
Stinson
3rd
Santa Cruz coast

I've heard that Crissy, Alameda and Berk have been good as well....

Have been riding my 12 (bay/delta), 10 and 7m (coast) mostly, nicely powered.

Today looks like another windy day EVERYWHERE

North Cali rocks!!!!!

Good wind + waves, Zeev.

totally loving it so far, on a change of subject, zeev did you get the email from North about how to mod the 06 Ironheart bar?

Dwight on kiteforum posted a mod with a pigtail, but North has just sent out a newer "better?" way to modify the bar, email me, kevink-at-berkeley-dot-edu

"I just forwarded North's official statement on how to modify the bar.
They are recommending another method. You will not need the pigtail for
this. "

Z,
I can't make Stinson today, but what about tomorrow. Is the wind going to shut down there, too, or will the NW come through?
