It was a great show yesterday. Kiter X was mucho fun, and the pro expression sessions were sick. These guys are pushing it far out.
We were looking at Jaime and Sky when they were at Rio last being wowed, but when you see Rubin ripping it those older guys don't exist.....

Rubin Lenton is by far the smoothest most insane rider out there. Double kite loops / double handle passes ...etc etc.... you have to check it out!

Clinton would be my second choice - both of these kids 18yrs old doing incredible tricks and landing everything.

We missed Gary B. though. All the reporters were asking for him but he did a no show! There is a rumor that he will show up today - we can only hope!

BTW - the local riders gave an excellent show.
Alex Smith ripped on the amateur comp, doing unhooked and killer kite loop tricks on his 5m kite!
Chris Brown was solid and
Jed Made landed what Chip noted as potentially the trick of the event!
Geof H. also showed the goods.

Today are the amateur finals so don't miss out.

Those kids are something else. Ruben had the nicest style and the cleanest tricks, even though some other kids pulled stuff that seemed sicker. Interesting that a lot of guys trick low, no big airs. Some of the guys on the crossbows pulled pretty impressive jumps. These Crossbows jump as well as anything else if not better.

Those kids would rip on any kite / brand, no matter which brand sponsors them today.
Since you seem to be particularly interested in Cabrinha, Damien was ripping on the regular Cabrinha, but the Crossbow kids were averaging the pack.
Correction on Ruben's age. He recently turned 17. What a ripper!
