Golf Balls at 3rd Ave

As many of you know, Mariner's Point will soon discontinue the use of limited flight golf balls due to a significant impact on their business. SFBA will be holding an informal meeting in the 3rd Ave parking lot July 30, 7:00pm to discuss possible solutions. Please plan to attend if you are concerned about this issue.

I stopped by 3rd today (Monday 7/11) to check my line lengths and as I was putting my bar away I heard the sound of a ball bouncing. I spun around to watch a ball bounce once more then into my car. It only hit the bumper and was mostly spent, so no damage done, but I caught the ball and took a look at it. It is NOT one of the distance limited balls that they were using for a short time, but rather is one of their old balls.
