Found: Kite bar at 3rd Ave Upper Launch, Tues June 28

I was one of the last ones off the upper launch today and found a bar @ about 7pm. I dropped it off with Dave and Phil at the metal shack by the windsurf launch. If you are missing a bar, look for the guys at the shack, or if that fails call Dave or Phil at Helm at Sun Valley.
Unrelated random thought: Is it just me, or planes crossing overhead @ 3rd affect the wind momentarily? Not enough to really affect the kiting, but I feel like the wind lulls with an approaching plane then kicks up after it passes. Wind kicking up behind a plane would make sense...
