Another Downwinder

That I'm not sure about, I'll have to check on it. Last time, there was an issue with the shuttle on the way back to Crissy that resulted in KWS having to absorb additional expenses. It seems that they ordered one shuttle for the way back, but an unidentified someone added a shuttle, when one would have been fine. KWS had to eat the cost.
