How accurate is the Sherman Marker sensor for what is actually you will be kiting in. And what wind direction is ideal?

I think the sensor is fairly accurate, if anything I find it can read a bit low.

WSW and SW are the nice steady typical thermal winds at Sherman. Anything with northerly hint in it should be avoided.

It's a good indicater of how it's blowing in the channel. It's a little less at the launch.
