A CHANCE OF RAIN DEVELOPING...MAINLY NORTH OF THE GOLDEN GATE. .SUN...S WINDS 5 TO 15 KT...INCREASING TO 10 TO 20 KT WITH LOCAL GUSTS TO 30 KT DURING THE AFTERNOON. RAIN LIKELY.
