Best Hellfish

Some of you might have seen this already. (Personally, a tad too expensive for my tastes, plus I like my '05 WindWings... but hey, the chrome color is nice.)

Wow.... that does sound to good to be true. But if it is, all the other big shot kite makers better adapt fast. I wonder how hard you have to pump this thing up?

If it's that good then everyone will use it in a couple of years. Just think about a rapture with it. Smaller leading edge, and lighter. That will be one bad kite. I want to see if that new material will last first.

$1300 for an 13 kite ... they are really nuts ...

Back to the old days I would say.

I agree. Best just broke ground but if it is all that great then other kite companies will actually make it affordable. That is a lot to pay for a best kite that is supposed to be cheap. Their leading edge and weight claims as being the only kites of their kind are off as well. I will post pictures of my Raven next to the pictures of the hellfish and you will see why.

They are already working on it. It is called the Raven 2 and Torch 2. That would be my guess

Frankly, I think the idea of a thinner leading edge makes perfect sense. I've been looking at kites for years, wondering why a high(er) pressure system would not work well.

I'll put money on the fact that Bill has something up his sleeve already, and I can't wait to see it!
