Hi,

I'm coming out to the area for the first 2 weeks of July, to see a friend in oakland and was planning on bringing my kitesurf kit. I live in the UK and have been kiting for about 3 years and am a pretty decent standard.

Anwyay I called the airline to ask how much to take my litewave 136 and they want $160 each way! Anyone got any ideas? If anyone has a used litewave 136 I'll gladly pay like $100 to use it for a couple of weeks rather than pay the airline! I mean - it's not like I'm going to break it!

Saul,

Glad you're bringing your gear, there's lots of great kiting to be had here and Oakland will be a good location to branch out from to hit the spots.

I plan on buying one of the new NSI "Golf" Bags for my next trip. It looks like the bag to have and can be viewed here:

Hopefully, you can find a UK distributor for this item. It sounds like your airline is trying to take you for a ride for sure.

Good Luck,
Oliver

Hi there,
We've had tens of responses from kiters who bought the Deceiver bag and it "deceived" the airlines.
Don't get ripped-off from the airlines any longer!
Happy Kiting and Happy Travels!
