If you're headed to Sherman, bring all your kites. Yesterday it was all over the map. Got there at 4 pm and everyone was out on 12s and 14s. At 5:30 the wind died for about 1/2 hr, although most everyone got back to shore (except me).

By 6, people were going out on 8m. Some came back in because they were too lit up.

See you there.

Today it's going to blow EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

I was at Stinson Beach yesterday and it was one of the best days of the year there. I'm headed back today for seconds.

Later, Z.

Brown Water Fun

Post by OliverG » Sun Apr 17, 2005 6:40 pm

Today at Sherman was pretty fun. Got in a little after 10AM and copped two nice sessions on a 10 with a chill-out lunch break in between. Winds were lightly up and down but darn good overall. The ebb was smooth making for solid take-offs and big air. Not too crowded and lots of familiar faces. Not too shabby! O:)

Same at Alameda. Everyone seemed to be there. Good wind and good times. Not too crowded upwind, beach was something else. Good 12m winds!!!!
