kite size

I am looking to buy a kite, I had lessons a few months back and am curious as to what sizes of kites to buy for the wind conditions in Alameda. I am 6'1, 170lbs. I would greatly appreciate any help and from someone with a bit more expirience than me. Thanks.

In the spring, you will need a 10/12 to ride the solid storm/clearing winds.
In the summer, 16m is what you will need at your skill level.

Make sure the board you get is not too small - 140-160. IT will help you learn quickly.

You will find as you get better, you will not be willing to miss any days, and will want to get the kites which cover all kitable winds....
