Thieves at Berkeley!!

An unfortunate incident occured at Berkeley today and serves as a reminder to keep all your valuables safe, locked and out of view.
A local kiter was out kiting when at least one thief got into the bed of his truck, which is covered by one those flat covers (tonneau cover?) and they took a credit card or two from his wallet. Within one hour they had charge about $1k of goods at the Emeryville stores. Luckily, his credit card company called him, as it could have been worse.
But still, it sucks, so you've been warned, keep your goods safe and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity.
