Wanted - Seat Harness 32waist and/or Wetsuit for 5'11-178lbs

HI There!
Just getting into the sport. I got my kite and bar, now I am looking for the rest. I am looking for a good deal on:
A Harness size 32 in the waist, the seat kind, not waist harness!
A wetsuit (men's) for a 5'11 height and 178 lbs weight guy (me). Don't care about the thickness, as long as it fits.
I am also interested in a beginner board for under $200
and a kite pump.
Looking forward to hearing from fellow kite surfers and making some connections in the community.
