Need a Wetsuit =/

Can anyone recommend a store that sells wetsuits for a good price? I also need boots. I have no idea where to buy. Thanks everyone

Boots??? Why??? Jeff at kitewindsurf has good wetsuits. Check out his shop in alameda.

I guess i'll just buy one when I take my first lesson next Friday. Don't your feet get mauled around when you board? or would you not recommend boots? Sry man, im really new to this. Played soccer my whole life, this water thing is a world away

If you're looking to pick up a cheap shorty, Costco is selling one for $40. Not sure about quality though.

I have the Costco $40 wetsuit. It's a great wetsuit, however you won't be able to use it until June or July as the water is still too cold for a shortie until then.

As far as booties, go, most people around here don't use them as they are rather uncomfortable vs. going barefoot. The downside of going barefoot is that from time to time you do get small cuts on your feet from stepping on rocks (especially at 3rd ave during low tide). I would hold off on the booties unless you have really sensitive feet.
