Where to today???

Do I make the drive out to Sherman only to get there and the wind is dying?? Or wait until it kicks up on the bay?? :?:

I looked in the paper and it says 10-20 in rio vista. I'm thinking what the hell i'm going to go see what is up down there. If nothing else i'll bring back pictures of the improved launch area. I'd say i'll probably be down there at about 1pm.
