Larkspur Landing launch locations?

Hey,
I was trying to gather some pictures of launch sites for the location & guidelines. Was wondering if anyone had additional information about the lucky drive & montessori spots?
[North Bay] Larkspur Landing
I was on the ferry today and took some pictures of the beach near San Quentin. Is the lucky drive spot past the houses that are on the marsh near the terminal?
Where is the montessori school? Is it south towards the Cost Plus shopping center?
Is the Wipika flag still up?
