I think I saw that dude at KB4C recently. Does look like Poul Schiebel... but flying a Slingshot on his home turf??

Thats the guy who gave josh wave ettiquite lesson
Riding used and closeout kites and boards from e-bay,craigslist,ikitesurf, and local surf shops.Now riding home made foils
