I suspect Coast will be the better option.
With NOAA calling 10 -20 N or NW you know Alameda will be struggling to be kitable... and that darn jet-stream...

Which Coast you are talking about? Are you going to Half Moon Bay? As long as it blows, I will be kiting this weekend. I just dont know where...
