Wind Sensor for Pismo

Post by Cali_Rider » Thu May 19, 2016 11:11 am

Traveling down to Lompoc this weekend and was thinking about stopping at Pismo to kite. What is the most reliable wind sensor on WIndalert to get an accurate forecast for tomorrow?

Thanks,
Peter

iKitesurf/WindAlert is lacking in that area. The Santa Maria Buoy sensor will give some perspective of what's going on. I prefer these sites for Pismo wind data:

Make sure to click on the "Marine Forecast" button for extended details.
