How reliable is sensor data at ikitesurf for La Ventana? Checking archive data for last week Nov+1st week Dec it doesn't look like advertised windy every day.
I just booked Nov 24-Dec 4, but have 24 hours to cancel and change flights for a later date.
Thanks in advance!

Re: How reliable is la ventana sensor?
my wife and I have spent thanksgiving down there for the last 3 years. It's technically early, but we have been very lucky with wind. Last year it was windy 9/10 days... we needed a rest day! Early in the season the water is still warm, the crowds are a little less, and the air temp is also warmer. In Los Barilles there's a bit more to do on no-wind days than LV... snorkeling, ATV rentals, a small town, diving, etc. We split our time between Exotikite in LB and Palapas Ventana in LV. Obviously, any kite vacation has risk of getting skunked, but I think late November is a great time to visit Baja.

Thanks Kyle!
Also as Thomas commented to this question on fb:
I love iKitesurf. I'm a subscriber to their Wind Alert mobile app and have found it invaluable. But their forecast and wind graph data for La Ventana is by far the worst of all the 6+ locations I've kited. It's pretty good at predicting if there will be wind in LV and the wind direction, but the wind speed measurements are typically 5-10mph low...especially near Playa Central where the wind seems consistently stronger. The winds are sometimes a bit lighter a few miles north, but over 10 days last year we had 8 days of 18-30mph wind.
