With March a week away, anyone have an idea on the long term wind forecasts for this Spring?

Re: Season Opener?
Plus I'm waiting for some coast guys to tell you that the season never ended and that they already have been riding almost every day since January first...
But more seriously, it's impossible to predict a week in advance, so I don't see how you expect a forecast for the whole month?
Yes, march is usually a good starting point for the wind season (look at the thread titled "sadness has turned into hope") but we don't know for sure which days are gonna be windy and which days aren't.
The computer forecast for next week starting Wednesday is looking promising, but 4 days ahead is too early to call for sure...
It does feel like spring though...

I asked Godsey yesterday about his when his forecasts will begin. He said very early March.

Re: Season Opener?
Nouner speaks truths. There was definitely a little surprise wind today - On my way back from the track I saw some guys out at Toll plaza and even one out at OB down near Sloat. Won't be long now...
There's actually even a little bit of wind on the forecast for tomorrow for the scrappiest amongst us - See ya there!

saw the fog pouring over the marin headlands around 2 this afternoon.
