Hello,
I was curious to see what quivers of Caution kites people use. I currently have a 5m 2012 Caution, and a 7m Switch Method. I want to change the Method kite to a Caution. So I was curious if anybody had any experience with 5 and 8m Cautions. I wonder if 3m difference will be too much, or if it will have some usable overlap. I am 145lbs and typically ride a Caution 5'5'' tresspass or a larger strapless Coleta 5'9'' board when the waves are under 6ft.

Re: Question regarding Caution kite sizes
I think the 8m is equivalent to 2012 9m and it might be too big of a gap.

Hmm and they don't make a 7 anymore. Getting a 6 and 8 is quite a bit of scratch though...Sonny wrote:I think the 8m is equivalent to 2012 9m and it might be too big of a gap.

Re: Question regarding Caution kite sizes
They went with even sizes starting 2013 and my understanding is that 6m has a power of 2012 7m and 8m has power of 2012 9m.drroc wrote:Hmm and they don't make a 7 anymore.
