My 14 race kite fell out of the sky today...so tomorrow will be the day...

I will end up cutting a foot plus off the nose...

Need to adjust the wing angle I believe....or try moving all straps forward a bit first..

I moved my rear foot forward of the rear strap and it helped, but it is still jumping out of the water..

I did go out underpowered... so that may be part of the instability...

Will adjust and try again....

If your foil is going to ride anything like my Rush Randle, my front foot likes to be 18" in front of the mast, and the rear foot is directly on top of the mast. For the front strap I just have a mono strap on the centerline of the board. I find the position of the rear foot to be the most critical. I find it easier to ride with no rear foot strap. I prefer riding underpowered as the foil is low aspect and gets overpowered with lots of speed.

I love the Rush Randle, been learning on a borrowed one. Anyone with experience on it can you compare it directly to any of the existing crop or foils? The closest i've found is the Moses Silencio freeride/wave. My area of interest is riding waves on the foil.
