Hey everyone, we're excited to finally announce the much anticipated bay area screenings of With A Kite! BAK, KGB Kiteboarding, and Tona boards have teamed up to bring two showings to the Bay. We'll have plenty of schwag to pass out, exciting raffle prizes, and an appearance by the filmmaker himself, Adam Boozer.

Thanks to the generosity of Tona Boards, the prize list just got way more awesome! As if there weren't already enough reasons to buy your ticket, one lucky viewer will be taking home a brand new 2014 Tona kiteboard. Because we only have 1 board, and as added incentive to BUY YOUR TICKET NOW, the show with the most attendees will have the chance at the board. The other show will get a bunch of other awesome prizes to make up for it. Or in the unfortunate event that one of the shows doesn't happen, everyone will get a chance to win at one show!

**** The Palo Alto show is CONFIRMED **** BAK purchased extra tickets so if you haven't bought yours yet, please PM me. I'm not permitted to sell them the night of the show, but until then they're fair game at face value and you can avoid the whole Tugg account creation:)

Landmark Aquarius, February 26 8:30PM: This was the only option between San Jose and SF, but fortunately it's right next to a Cal Train stop in the heart of downtown Palo Alto.

AMC Bay Street 16, February 27 8:30PM: A good option for east bay and city folks, this theater is easily accessible by BART. Based on commitments, it does NOT appear that this screening will happen.

Thanks to all of you who bought tickets and made this happen! It's going to be a fun evening.

This would be cool to see in an actual theater setting and a good start to the season for which February 27 is close enough as our official season start is March.

Let's go folks, get signed up for these screenings, they need to hit the target for it to go and it would be a bummer if it didn't after they've put in the effort to try and make it happen. MJ0_

And... what better opportunity might you have to rub elbows with BAK's founding father, Ollie Govers and our new dad Kyle Kyle Lobisser all in the same room!?

I'll be there (Emeryville showing on 2/27), managing the hoards seeking autographs from these two legends...

"Triple S has made kiteboarding what it is today"...right. For that reason I am out. The initiative is great though.

Aw, c'mon Ron - come hang out with us! It's not only about the movie... Where else would you get to hang with 75+ of your East and North Bay kite contingent?

You're right but it's only 4 guys going on the east bay so it's likely not gonna happen. Should we just all book tix for the one in Palo Alto?
